1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SmartRV marketplace, including browsing listings, submitting booking requests, and using the My Booking, Pitch Planner, and Crew Chief features. By using the site, you agree to these terms. This is placeholder text for development purposes and does not constitute a final legal agreement.
2. Bookings & Reservations
A booking is confirmed as soon as payment is completed at checkout. Dates greyed out on a listing's calendar are already booked or blocked and cannot be selected, so a completed booking is guaranteed for the unit and dates shown.
3. Payments
Payment is collected in full at checkout, immediately after a booking is submitted, via SmartRV's payment processor. Pricing shown on the site is per-night and excludes any applicable delivery, setup, or event-specific fees unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation windows, fees, and refund eligibility will be set out at the time of booking confirmation. Placeholder policy: cancellations made more than 14 days before delivery may be eligible for a full refund; cancellations made within 14 days may be subject to a partial charge.
5. Vehicle Use & Responsibility
Renters are responsible for the reasonable care of the fifth wheel, motorhome, or caravan for the duration of the booking, including any equipment, awnings, or accessories provided with the unit. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may be chargeable.
6. Liability
SmartRV and its crew are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of a booked unit, delays in delivery, or event cancellations outside of SmartRV's control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Delivery & Setup
Where delivery and setup is included, SmartRV's crew will coordinate arrival times directly with the renter ahead of the event or stay. Access restrictions at motorsport paddocks, festival sites, and private venues are the renter's responsibility to confirm in advance.
8. Privacy
Information submitted through booking forms, including contact details and event information, is used to fulfil your booking and is not sold to third parties. A full privacy policy will be published separately.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Placeholder jurisdiction — to be confirmed.
